About Us

Deauville Village is a gated, 55+ residential community, and is one of eight independent sections of the Villages of Oriole. We are a Condominium Association with 316 units divided among 14 buildings. There are 8 two-story buildings and 6 four-story elevator buildings, situated in a beautifully landscaped setting. We have both one-bed/two-bath and two-bed/two-bath condominiums, all of which have extra large terraces. There is a lake-side walking path of approximately 5 miles around the entire Villages of Oriole Community. Benches are placed around the Deauville property in both sunny and shady spots.

Deauville Village is an active, friendly community with parties, cabaret shows, movie nights, Book Club, and many other activities. We have a brand new clubhouse as of September 2022. The facility was rebuilt from the ground up due to a fire in December 2018. The new Clubhouse has a beautiful lobby, ballroom, gym, library, card room, billiard & poker game room, and kitchen, along with an onsite management office and conference room. The exterior of the clubhouse includes a large covered veranda off the ballroom, a pool deck patio with comfortable seating, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. The pool area is enclosed in a beautiful tropical setting.

We have a five-member Board of Directors, a non-director Treasurer, plus a Social Director.  Deauville Village is managed by Castle Group, Inc. Our full-time on-site staff consists of a Property Manager, an Administrative Assistant, and a four-man maintenance crew. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Deauville is located off West Atlantic Avenue, on the west side of Jog Road, and is close to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, movie theaters, a public library, houses of worship, medical facilities, and a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office across the street. Downtown Delray, with its great shopping and fabulous dining, is only 7 miles away, and Atlantic Avenue leads straight to the beautiful Delray beach.

Delray Beach is located in southern Palm Beach County, minutes away from Boca Raton to the South and Boynton Beach to the North. Deauville Village is also conveniently situated near I-95 and the Florida Turnpike for easy access to travel north or south.  Tri-Rail is the commuter train located at Atlantic and Congress: it heads north towards Orlando. The Brightline is a high-speed train and the station is nearby Yamato/Dixie in Boca Raton.  The Brightline goes to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca, Orlando, and the next add-on station will be Stuart!
